Issue/Introduction

When trying to run the integration of JasperReports Server with Service Management, the following error appears:

Installed Jasper Server version does not match with Service Management supported version, if you have installed Jasper Server hotfix, contact support team for help.

Environment

SDM 17.4

Cause

JasperReports Server 9.0 is compatible with Service Management 17.4 RU2 and later. The issue occurs because the integration is running from 17.4 GA or 17.4 RU1 installers which are not compatible.

Resolution

Run the Integration Wizard from the 17.4 RU2 or later releases that are compatible with JasperReports Server 9.0.
