hci command has no client information to update error

Issue/Introduction
When ran hci command to check in process it errored out and hci.log showed some errors like
Error: <some path>\<some file name> has no client information to update.
Environment
CA SCM Harvest versions 13.0 and higher
Resolution
The error means that no client path "-cp" is provided with the hci command, so Harvest does not know where to look for the versions to be checked in. Please run the command hci again with -cp argument.
