InsideView not starting on OneClick

Issue/Introduction

InsideView does not start. A check of the $SPECROOT/insideView/SpectrumInsideView.log shows the following error:

Cause

Incorrect OcUswername and/or OCPassword in the $SPECROOT/insideView/SpectrumInsideView.conf file

Resolution

Verify the OcUsername and OCPassword values in the $SPECROOT/insideView/SpectrumInsideView.conf file.

Update to a valid Spectrum username and password.

Typically, the initial user when Spectrum was first installed.
