GPCC: gpmetrics.queries_history; gpmetrics.diskspace_history views are missing after downgrading from GPCC 6.11.0 to 6.8.4

Issue/Introduction

You might run into an issue where the gpmetrics.queries_history; gpmetrics.diskspace_history views were missing after downgrading from GPCC 6.11.0  to 6.8.4. All other tables and view were visible except gpmetrics.queries_history; gpmetrics.diskspace_history. 

Environment

GPDB: 6.26.2 
GPCC: 6.11.0 and 6.8.4

Resolution

When downgrading GPCC versions, some views are not visible. If/when this happens, use the steps below to reinstall GPCC 6.8.4.
