MUX - How to give someone access to a picklist?

Issue/Introduction

You would like to give a group access of a picklist to all users. Currently only the administrators can modify projects with picklists. When going into the project list view and it is one of the columns, how to let a user access it to update the value for that project. Other fields are editable in Administration - Attributes as Secure fields.

Resolution

The goal of picklist was to help the end-user with their own view of Clarity. If you want to control items across different groups then we recommend to create a custom lookup.
