Upgrading Greenplum Cloud (Azure) Beyond 6.24.3

Issue/Introduction

Customers who utilize the Greenplum cloud platform have experienced issues with upgrading to GPDB 6.24.4 or higher using the gprelease utility. 

Environment

Greenplum Cloud (Azure, Amazon, Google) 

Resolution

Customers must perform a "manual" upgrade by downloading from the desired GPDB release and follow normal process for upgrading Greenplum. This is the only option right now and It should not cause any issues with the cloud utilities.
