The Aria Operations for Logs 8.18.x can collect the logs from vCenter however the VC Collection Status shows unknown.

NOTE: Please make sure to create snapshots of the cluster before proceeding.

If the above steps did not resolve the issue, please follow the procedure below:
Delete the vSphere integration from Integrations > vSphere page.
Restart the Log Insight service on all nodes by executing the following command:
Re-add the vCenter Server under Integrations > vSphere page.
