DX NetOps Portal Stacked Chart Trend and Y-Axis display problems

Issue/Introduction

Stacked Chart Trend views may have issues with rendering Stacked chart trend if the values between the various stacked are really small but not zero. 

For rate data based charts, the y-axis may also be missing:

Environment

DX Netops 24.3.1 - 24.3.3

Cause

The chart appears empty because the Y-Axis scale is incorrectly processed due to an upgrade in a rendering engine.

Resolution

This issue top photo issue with the y-axis units being off is resolved in DX NetOps 24.3.2 while the bottom bottom issue with the y-axis labels missing will be resolved in DX NetOps 24.3.4 (December Release).
