Issue/Introduction

This article shows how to identify disk errors in SD-WAN edges and how to request a hardware replacement.

Resolution

You can identify disk hardware issues in SD-WAN edges by checking the logs and console messages errors:

These are some examples:

  1. Console errors:

If an edge presents any of those errors, this means there's a hardware disk issue and a replacement should be sent.

Please proceed to raise an RMA request with the support team and provide:
