When managing Intune UEM integration settings in the Integrated Cyber Defense Manager (ICDm) console, the toggle to enable or disable the iOS app sync is greyed out. When mousing over this option, the cursor changes to a circle with a line though the middle, indicating the toggle cannot be manipulated. This results in the iOS app sync toggle effectively being stuck, in either the enabled or disabled position.
ICDm domain configured for UEM integration with Microsoft Intune.
A specific cause for this behavior has not been identified.
This issue can be resolved by disabling the UEM integration, then re-enabling it and re-granting consent for the SES Mobile management apps in Entra. Once the integration has been re-established, the iOS app sync toggle can then be enabled or disabled again as expected.
