Error: "Resource file not fully transferred yet for transfer session" even after deleting the media which was failed to upload in VMware Cloud Director

Issue/Introduction

When Media is deleted while it was stuck at uploading in VMware Cloud Director, You see a similar entry for that media keeps generating in vcloud-container-debug.log :

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.5.x

Cause

• This issue occurs when VMware Cloud Director believes the Media is still getting uploaded to the catalog.
• There are stale entries for that Media in vCloud Director database.
