Ldap user search takes more time in Advanced Authentication UDS component

Issue/Introduction

While updating the root certificate of LDAP organization from AA Admin console, the redirectattribute and redirectschema parameters are updated to BLANK from NULL in the database.

Due to changes in this redirectattribute and redirectscheme parameters, ldap user search operation takes more than 10-20 sec for each user in uds component.

Resolution

To address the issue you should apply the patch Symantec-AdvAuth-9.1.04-DE617038-HotFix . The patch can be downloaded from the KB article as well.
