Health Status of appliances not available in LCM

Issue/Introduction

When logging into VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager, click on Lifecycle Operations and then click on Environments, several of the environments are not showing a health status 

Environment

VRA 8.18.1

Cause

VMware Aria Operations Manager instance and SDDC Management Pack needs to be installed prior to installing VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager. 

Resolution

If an VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager appliance was installed prior to either an SDDC MP or VMware Aria Operations Manager instance or both, install the SDDC MP and VMware Aria Operations Manager instance and then redeploy a new instance of VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager
