We have one device out of about 20 similar devices, that is using a different 'reachability' metric family. and it's causing it not to report response time correctly on a user dashboard.
Other devices are using the 'ICMP' metric family which has the response time as avgRTT , this device in question is using 'System Statistics' and has no value listed in the average response expression, and collection is false. Can we get this device to use the same ICMP family ? I will attach screen shots of both devices.

Create a new discovery profile using ICMP
... and rediscover the device. After doing this the Reachability metric should change from 'System Statistics' to 'ICMP'
