Parallel Upgrade across host groups may only upgrade 1 or 2 groups in parallel

Issue/Introduction

• Performing an in-place upgrade of ESXi Hosts with the Parallel option selected
• ESXi Host TN's are divided into multiple groups
• During the upgrade, only a few groups are upgraded in parallel
• There may only be 1 or 2 groups being upgraded in parallel, instead of the maximum of 20
• This may cause upgrades to take longer than expected

Cause

• This is a known issue in 4.1 and below

Resolution

• This issue is resolved in 4.2.0
• Perform an upgrade to 4.2.0 or higher
