Issue/Introduction
SVM cannot ping its own gateway
Some Docker containers fail to start and remain unhealthy.
Potential IP subnet conflicts affecting connectivity.
MP service status down alarm.
Environment
SVM Version: 4.1.2.0
Cause
The issue will arise if there is an overlapping IP address range. Docker bridge network by default uses 172.18.0.0/16.
