Issue/Introduction

VCO path monitoring tab reports path status as DEAD; however, the path is UP as per remote diagnostics

Environment

VMware Velocloud SDWAN Edge
VMware Velocloud SDWAN Orchestrator

Cause

The issue is seen due to issue ID #151892
The issue is seen because the edge reports incorrect status to VCO during stats upload even though the path status is up on edge.

Resolution

Engineering has confirmed that the issue #151892 will be fixed in the below upcoming Velocloud SDWAN edge versions.

5.4.1.0, 6.0.1.0, 6.1.0.0, 5.2.5.0

A workaround to fix the incorrect status seen on VCO path monitoring is to flap the VCMP tunnel by restarting the services on the edge reporting the incorrect status.
