Cannot add Aria Operations licenses to Aria Operations 8.18.x under license management page

Issue/Introduction

When adding Aria operations license key under License management receive an error "The following license keys are not valid, expired, or already exist and must be removed from your input before you can continue"

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.x 

Cause

In 8.18.x , the VMware Aria Operations licensing has been moved under Legacy Licensing.  There is a new option called License Management under subscriptions where you can add VMware Cloud Foundation Solution License keys, VMware vSphere Foundation Solution License keys, and vSAN licenses. 

Resolution

1. Sign into the Aria Operations UI with an admin user
2. Expand the panel in the left hand side
3. Expand Subscriptions
4. Click on Legacy Licenses
5. Click on ADD
6. Select vRealize Operations
7. Enter in the Aria Suite License keys you have click on Validate
8. Click Save.
