The download of a patch using both the SDDC Manager UI and the OBTU (run on SDDC Manager) is failing validation with a checksum error -
Bundle bundle-XXXXXX. checksum does not match, Bundle checksum: ****************************************************************, expected: ****************************************************************
The bundle download validation fails repeatedly, each time calculating a different checksum - none of which match the checksum in the manifest (aside, the byte size of the download is correct).

The cause is related to an interaction between the SDDC Manager UI bundle download / OBTU (run on SDDC Manager) download and download interrupts that can occur in certain customer environments.
A customer environment that uses a proxy may be more likely to experience the issue than one without a proxy.
A case should be raised with Broadcom support so that the resolution can be worked through.
