When logging in VCO as a user with customer privileges, the Edge's diagnostics can not be downloaded.

Issue/Introduction

This KB describes notes when you generate the Edge's diagnostics and download it.

Generate the Edge's diagnostics based on the following steps.
1. Log in VCO as a user with customer privileges.
2.Select [Diagnostics] menu >>  [Diagnostic Bundles].
3.Click [+Request Diagnostic Bundle]. 
4.Select the Edge hostname from pull-down menu of "Target" for which you want to generate diagnostic.
5.Click the [SUBMIT]button.



After that, you will see "Successfully submitted request for Diagnostic Bundle" and "No diagnostic bundles found" like the following screen.

Resolution

If you log in VCO as a user with customer privileges, you can generate the Edge's diagnostics, but can not download it. 
This is the specification.

Please take a look at the following screen. If you log in VCO as a user with partner privileges,  you can see that Edge's diagnostics is generated by a user with customer privileges like the following screen. As you can see from the screen, it's possible to generate the Edge's diagnostics by a user with a user with partner privileges.

If you have only a user with customer privileges and have already generated the Edge's diagnostics, please ask your partner to download it.
