Patch stay in "Uploading patch file. Please wait" message forever

Issue/Introduction

Trying to upload CAPAM_4.1.8 using Web interface, but the status of upload stuck in this following status forever.

"Uploading patch file. Please wait"

Already reboot the machine but after returning from reboot and trying again got the same behavior.

Environment

PAM 4.1.2 (previous version)
PAM 4.1.8 (new version)

Cause

The cspm service was stuck while loading the patch

Resolution

Open a Support case if already reboot the server and this stuck in "uploading patch file. Please wait" for more one tentative.
