Forecast over Autumn DST change shows ENDED_TIMEOUT

Issue/Introduction

FORECAST for Scheduled jobs ends with "ENDED_TIMEOUT - Start time exceeded" for Autumn DST change. The forecast works fine for other dates before and after Autumn DST change

Below are the steps to reproduce:

a. create a JSCH job
b. add multiple tasks to the JSCH job
c. Go to process assembly and do a right click on the JSCH and then monitoring now choose FORECAST
d. Go to process monitoring and expand the tasks for the JSCH
e. The estimated status for the JSCH will be displayed as " ENDED_TIMEOUT - Start time exceeded "

Environment

Automation Engine :  24.2.0 and V 21.0.12 (in all lower versions )

Resolution

This was identified as a BUG in the product. Fix is included in the future versions of Automation engine( Automation Engine V 21.13.0 and V 24.3.0)

Below are the tentative release dates for the fixed versions.

24.3.0 - expected release December 2024
21.0.13 - expected release Beginning of 2025

Note: Workaround for this issue is to use auto-forecast option.
