Issue/Introduction

Upgraded from OS Version:17.9.4a to OS Version:17.12.4.

Environment

  • Robot version: 23.4.2
  • SNMPCollector version: 4.14

Resolution

  1. Deactivate the snmpcollector probe
  2. Wait for the port and PID to disappear
  3. Delete the niscache and reset the robot device id via the controller callback where snmpcollector is installed
  4. Activate the snmpcollector probe

  • Force rediscovery if necessary
