SpanVA "Failed State Backup" Error

Issue/Introduction

You try to restore the SpanVA backup on a newly-deployed SpanVA but receive an error "Failed State Backup".

Cause

The SpanVA is not registered or the registration is not successful. The SpanVA shows that it is in the Disconnected Status.

Resolution

First complete the SpanVA registration using the Start and Register SpanVA then try restore the backup again.
