Issue/Introduction

Problem:

Work hour is truncated if a task (and project) begins on a non-work day.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a project in PPM 

2. Add a team member to the project 

3. Create a task with a start date on a Saturday and assign the team member to the task with some remaining work

4. Export the plan to MSP 

5. Review the task

Expected Result: Task starts on Saturday with remaining work

Actual Result: Task turns into a milestone with 0 remaining work

Cause:

Caused by CLRT-79645

Workaround:

Set the task Start Date to a work day.

Resolution:

Based on the complexity of the fix, this issue will not be fixed at this time. Please create a Support case if the workaround is not feasible for your use case.
