Issue/Introduction

Getting the below error during Identity Governance installation

 

Environment

Identity Governance 14.5

Cause

TicketDB account was locked by the Oracle  database

Resolution

Unlocked ticketDB account and reset the password by the following queries

ALTER USER ticketDB ACCOUNT UNLOCK; 

ALTER USER ticketDB IDENTIFIED BY ticketDB_password;
