Issue/Introduction

We have a number of processes which send emails to users with some data and recently observed these processes fail randomly with error "Cannot invoke "Object.toString()" because "toInput" is null"

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a simple process that sends an email via GEL script.
2. Create a job defenition based on execute a process job by navigating to Administration->Reports and Jobs
3. Navigate to Home->Reports and Jobs and run the job created in the step above.
4. Notice it will randomly fail with error "Cannot invoke "Object.toString()" because "toInput" is null"

Expected Results: It should not fail with the error 

Actual Results: it is failing with error "Cannot invoke "Object.toString()" because "toInput" is null"
