Issue/Introduction
VIP offline auth token registration screen appears but the U2F key doesn't flash and the continue\skip options cannot be selected.
Cause
Python PIP unable to download the latest PIP version.
Resolution
- Uninstall the VIP MCP offline option
- Install Python (per the instructions in the VIP MCP install and config guide).
- Manually download the pip-21.3.1.tar.gz security package from https://pypi.org/simple/pip/
- Install the package from the command line. Example: python -m pip install C:\softwares\pip-21.3.1.tar.gz
- Install VIP MCP offline auth.
