suppressing hub heartbeat messages at log level 1

Issue/Introduction

My hub log at level 1 has too many messages like this and almost nothing else, making it hard to read:

   Sep 24 12:44:42:453 [25368] 1 hub: TSESS-A-16478-4 [(hubname)] ssl      100 'heartbeat' (155 bytes)

What are these messages? Can I suppress them?

Environment

DX UIM Hub 23.4.2 and prior

Cause

These are tunnel-related messages that appear at loglevel 1 on hubs that are connected via SSL tunnels.

Resolution

In hub 23.4.3 these messages will be moved to a higher loglevel (5) so they will not fill the logs at lower levels.

Hub 23.4.3 is due at the end of 2024/Early 2025.
