How to download CA IDMS 19.0 from the CA Support Online Site? 

Environment:

z/OS

ANSWER: 

1. Log in to https://support.ca.com/, and click Download Center.

2. Under Download Center, select Products from the first drop-down list, and specify the product, release and genlevel and click GO.

3. Download an entire CA Technologies product software package or individual pax files to your PC or mainframe. If you download a zip file, you must unzip it before continuing. For both options, see the links to the appropriate (ESD Guide) based on the method you choose for delivery.

4. Perform the steps to install the product based on the product-specific steps documented in the CA IDMS Installation Guide to complete the installation of the product on the mainframe.
