Issue/Introduction

Browser agent is sending data to AXA SAAS

A simple test of the application shows that not all transactions are received by the DX SaaS AXA environment, even though the Reverse Proxy Server showing transactions. The issue in occurring from some devices and other devices not showing this issue.

Browser agent traffic is going from browser -> many network devices -> Reverse Proxy Server -> other network devices (like firewall, proxy etc.) -> DX SAAS.

Resolution

From the review of HAR file on the client browser, the main suspect right now is something in between the client endpoint (browser) and the reverse proxy server that is blocking the AXA Browser agent POST requests.
