CDM probe goes down with probe version 7.21

Issue/Introduction

Upgraded to cdm probe version 7.21 for all the robots. In some linux servers the probe is going down and even after validating, restart and redeploy its not coming up:

Resolution

Engineering was able to recreate this defect and we deployed a hotfix attached below to address this.
