How to request access to policy based routing (PBR) private preview?

 

Resolution

In a recently added enhancement, Cloud SWG admins can seamlessly extend the organization's network edge to the Symantec Enterprise Cloud using Policy Based Routing (PBR). PBR provides advanced traffic steering controls that can be used to improve user experience, expand access to geofenced applications, and add zero trust control to SaaS applications that do not support federated single sign-on (SSO).

PBR is available temporarily as a preview, and is currently restricted to certain locations. If you are sending traffic to any of the following regions, and are interested in participating in the preview, contact your account representative and request the PBR entitlement for your tenant.

• Mumbai, Delhi, Taiwan, London, Dover/UK, Des Moines/US (currently available)
• Columbia/US, Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong, KSA, and Tel Aviv will be available by November 22.
