Issue/Introduction
When using the AAI Automic connector, you may notice messages in the automic-connector.log like below:
INFO [JobStatusConditionMapper] XXXXXXX=: Condition was ignored because object "<ObjectName>" is not indexed or type is not supported.
Environment
AAI
Automic Automation
Automic Connector 3.2.1 and earlier
Resolution
These messages are normal for object types that are not supported by AAI, for a list of supported object types please see here.
If you are seeing these messages for supported object types, they may still show up for objects that are deleted from Automic.
If you see these messages for supported object types and you are running an Automic multi node environment with multiple JWP's with the IDX (indexer) role, you may be running into a known issue. A fix will be released in a later version of the Automic connector.
