Issue/Introduction

When using the AAI Automic connector, you may notice messages in the automic-connector.log like below:

INFO  [JobStatusConditionMapper] XXXXXXX=: Condition was ignored because object "<ObjectName>" is not indexed or type is not supported.

Environment

AAI

Automic Automation

Automic Connector 3.2.1 and earlier

Resolution

  • These messages are normal for object types that are not supported by AAI, for a list of supported object types please see here.

  • If you are seeing these messages for supported object types, they may still show up for objects that are deleted from Automic.

  • If you see these messages for supported object types and you are running an Automic multi node environment with multiple JWP's with the IDX (indexer) role, you may be running into a known issue.  A fix will be released in a later version of the Automic connector.
