CDM 7.21 does not START (CRASH) on Debian 11. CDM 7.20 and earlier works fine

Issue/Introduction
When we deploy CDM 7.21 on a robot installed on DEBIAN 11 (bullseye)
The probe crashes and never starts. Fresh install on 7.21 works fine for few minutes, then it crashes.
it works fine with CDM 7.20
Environment
- DX UIM 23.4.*
- cdm 7.21
- OS: DEBIAN 11 - DEBIANB 11 (bullseye)
Cause
Defect in the CDM probe
Resolution
The attached fix cdm 7.21HF3 addresses this issue.
Steps to apply the Fix:
1. download the package
2. Import to IM or Admin Console Archive
3. upgrade the CDM probe to 7.21HF3
