Inactive or Deactivated Assets in Perspectives

Issue/Introduction

Having inactive or deactivated assets appearing in the perspective editor is expected.

Resolution

These assets are derived from the bill so if it is desired to have these assets removed, they must be hard deleted from the Whole Platform and assetDb.  Be advised that if historical bills were to change the inactive/deactivated assets would likely return.
