Issue/Introduction

Does Information Centric Analytics (ICA) store user passwords from Active Directory (AD) or any other user data source?

Resolution

ICA does not retrieve nor store user passwords from any data sources. ICA does retrieve password metadata (for example, PasswordHasExpired) as part of its LDAP query against AD, but user passwords are neither required nor used in any of its routines.
