Reappearing deleted devices

Issue/Introduction

After Upgrade the UIM 23.4CU1, Where do the reappearing deleted devices come from? They don't exist, not even in VMWare! Device have been decommissioned years ago, so how can they come back in the inventory? "

 

Environment

UIM 23.4 CU1

Resolution

It  came from niscache.These devices info will be maintained in cm_computer_system table,due to that when you rediscover it will reappear. 

This issue resolved at UIM 23.4 CU2
