Error: "This site can't be reached" when trying to create a DLP agent package

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to create an agent package from a remote computer the browser returns the following error message:

This site can't be reached

The webpage at https://<Enforce URL>/ProtectManager/enforce/admin/endpoint/agentpackage/createpackage might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

ERR HTTP2 PROTOCOL ERROR

You can create an agent package when logged on locally to the Enforce Server.

Cause

The "createpackage" page in the Enforce console does not support http/2.

Resolution

Modify your browser to allow it to use http 1.1.
