503 Authentication error when installing new Connector Server

Issue/Introduction

Installing a clean Connector Server and once the install gets to 100% the installation fails.  

Logs return 

"Received unexpected response from server. HTTP 503"

503 Authentication error.

Environment

Identity Manager 14.5.1

Cause

3rd party Trellix threat detection software blocking the installation of Connector Server.  Once disabled, the installation completed. 

Resolution

Worked with security team and white list Broadcom software or temporarily disable the 3rd party threat detection software which is causing the Connector Server installation to be blocked.
