API portal message-broker (rabbitmq) failure during the startup

Issue/Introduction

The rabbitmq pod does not start with the below message after installing a new API portal.

Could'nt start RabbitMQ in the background..

Environment

API developer portal v5.3 on a Debian 12 OS.

Resolution

Increasing the memory of rabbitmq on the local installation resolves the issue.

A minimum memory of 32Gb is recommended as per documentation.
