Entity and services information missing on the alarms

Issue/Introduction

We have observed that there are a set of alarm from a specific source  where we see that the alarms either do not have entity information or they do not have the service information

Recommendations:

- Please check the Health Status of app
- Please check if it is possible to ping app endpoint via Operations nodes.
- Please check the app Password expiry
- Please check the app Certificate expiry
- Please try to restart the service.
- vCenter NTP Server is in Failed/Down state, please check the NTP details and fix it.
- vCenter backup job is in failed state, please check the job details and fix it.
