After upgrading to Z/OS 2.1, the client began to receive IEC190I messages under Endevor

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

The client noticed receiving IEC190I messages after upgrading to Z/OS 2.1. The messages were issued from a processor running CA PROTSYM. The messages were: IEC190I dataset name, MESSAGE INVALID DCBE: STORAGE NOT ADDRESSABLE

IEC190I dataset name, OUTPUT INVALID DCBE: STORAGE NOT ADDRESSABLE

The action still completed without problem.

Resolution:

The action still completed without problem.
