Issue/Introduction

Unable to create an alarm using the same "Select a trigger" values as the default alert.

For example, vCenter Server is not allowed to create an alert with the following:
Object Type: Host
Select a trigger: Lost Connection to NFS server

Object Type: vCenter Server
Select a trigger: DB HealthStatusWarningEvent

Environment

VMware vCenter Server 7.0.x
VMware vCenter Server 8.0.x

Cause

It can not create an alarm with the same type of "Select a trigger" value as the default alarm.

Resolution

This is fixed in vCenter Server 7.0 Update 3u and vCenter Server 8.0 Update 3e
