Issue/Introduction

  • On VIDM UI, user search with username shows 0 results even though user is able to VIDM. 
    "There are no results for this category. Try your search again."

Environment

VMware Identity Manager 3.3.x

Resolution

  1. Email should be added to User on Active Directory. 
  2. Perform the Directory Sync to sync the user to see updated email address on VIDM UI.

  3. User search will show the result.
