Spectrum users noticed their privileges in OneClick had changed

Issue/Introduction

Some of the Spectrum users noticed their privileges in OneClick had changed. They were able to perform some functions one minute. The next they were not able to perform those same functions.

Environment

Version: Any
Component: OneClick

Cause

These User belonged to a User Group that had User Group privileges. These same users also had User privileges with less privileges than the privileges from the User Group.

Resolution

Remove the User privileges from the User model. Use only the User Group Privileges. 

If a User that is a member of a User Group needs different privileges that what are configured for the User Group, it is recommended to create a new User Group with the privileges required and move that User to that User Group.
