Issue/Introduction

You don't see any patches available for the components.

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 5.x

Cause

Upgrade helper script shows the below error:

Checking LCM Manifest Polling status:
  [ ✗ ] LCM Manifest Polling is NOT Enabled

This polling has to be enabled for SDDC to know about the latest manifests & BOM versions. 

Resolution

1) Take a snapshot of SDDC VM

2) Verify that manifestPolling is set to true

vi /opt/vmware/vcf/lcm/lcm-app/conf/application-prod.properties
lcm.core.enableManifestPolling=true

3) Restart the SDDC services.

/opt/vmware/vcf/operationsmanager/scripts/cli/sddcmanager_restart_services.sh

Relogin and check.
