Api-1019 Error Updating Non Project Type to Dos at the Project to Dos Tab

Issue/Introduction

Unable to update To Dos with Related to Type is anything than Project on the Project To Dos tab 

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log into Clarity
2. Open a project with To Dos that are created at project, task. issues, risks, changes level
3. Click on 'To Dos' tab to open the page
4. Note the Related to Type column:
    Here you will see if the To Do is related to the project, task, risk, issue...
5. Attempt to tick the 'Completed' checkbox of one of the 'To Dos' related to project
6. The To Do gets updated
7. Try to update any To Do related to tasks, issues, changes...

Expected: The To Do gets updated successfully.

Actual: An error message 'API-1019: Could not process the request due to internal error' gets generated.

Resolution

This issue is not reproducible in Clarity 16.3.0.

Workaround: If the To Do belongs to a task, then this can be updated at the Task To Dos level. The same occurs if the To Do belongs to a Risk, Issue, Change... On the Project To Dos tab only Project related To Dos can be updated.
