More transactions visible in ppa_wip than in the UI

Issue/Introduction

• Timesheets are in use
• Users report time
• 'Post Timesheets', 'Post Transactions to Financials' and 'Post to WIP' jobs are used to load cost using the reported time
• For a particular resource and project combination it is noted that the UI displays (In Modern UX -> Projects -> Particular Project -> Financials -> Actual Transactions, or in Classic UI) lesser number of transactions, that those available for that same combination in ppa_wip

Resolution

Transactions with status as 2 in ppa_wip are not displayed in the UI.
