{"rel":"pak_current_activity","href":"https://<IP_Address_of_a_Node>/casa/upgrade/cluster/pak/reserved/current_activity"}] at com.vmware.vrealize.lcm.plugin.core.vrops.tasks.InstallvROpsProductUpgradePakTask.execute(InstallvROpsProductUpgradePakTask.java:106) at com.vmware.vrealize.lcm.automata.core.TaskThread.run(TaskThread.java:62) at java.base/java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor.runWorker(Unknown Source) at java.base/java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor$Worker.run(Unknown Source) at java.base/java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)

Environment

Aria Operations 8.10 (formerly vRealize Operations)

Cause

Incorrect Network configuration under vApp options for a node in vCenter

Resolution

Review the Network configuration under vApp options for the node causing the issue in vCenter and compare it with other nodes in the cluster.

Additional Information

Above error would appear in LifeCycle Manager when one of the nodes of Aria Operations gets disconnected from the network during the upgrade process due to incorrect configuration under vApp Options. This is because since version 8.14 Aria Operations solely rely on vApp Options for Network configuration and any wrong pre-configuration may affect the connectivity of the node during the upgrade process as soon as the node starts relying on the configuration set under vApp options.
